TENAMINT provides users with the opportunity to collect and showcase digital collectables which represent a linked and vaulted physical collectable card. Development, testing, and related operations of the TENAMINT website are presently contracted to Ball Street Technologies Inc. The privacy policy and terms of conditions are outlined by Ball Street Technologies Inc. as they relate of TENAMINT.

All of the aforementioned parties are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This privacy policy (this “Policy”) sets out how we collect and process personal information about you when you visit our website (www.tenamint.com) when you sign up for or use the App, or when you otherwise do business or make contact with us.  

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
The organization collects and uses personal data to communicate important information, including first and last name, email address, transaction history on the organization for emails, and time/date stamps. This data is collected with the individual's consent and for the purpose of providing and improving the services offered by the organization. The Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy are provided for user review (required for sign-up).  The organization does not sell or share any personal data collected without the individual's explicit consent.

Additionally, the organization provides the option for the collection of the following information for marketing purposes: phone number and social media usernames. These data are optional and collected only with the individual's explicit consent.

Third-Party Services:
The organization utilizes several services for various purposes, such as email marketing, communication, and data storage. We want to assure you that these external services are also GDPR compliant, and they are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements. By accepting the privacy policy and terms and conditions the user agrees that they approve the following services.

The organization does not store or have access to phone numbers used to validate accounts via Twilio. Twilio  emphasizes privacy and their privacy policy can be viewed here: https://www.twilio.com/en-us/gdpr.

Klaviyo is utilized for email marketing and communications (with consent). Klaviyo emphasizes privacy and their data processing agreement can be viewed here: https://www.klaviyo.com/legal/data-processing-agreement.

Additional tools with a reviewed privacy policy may be utilized by the organization in addition to those above.

Data Retention
The organization retains personal data only for as long as necessary to provide services to the individual or as required by law. After this period, personal data is deleted.
